John and Dawn Johnston launched their first venture, JumpWorks, a festival and event
production company, in 2006. While successfully delivering memorable experiences for a wide
range of clients, they quickly noticed a consistent need: high-quality, engaging
entertainment that could elevate corporate events, boost fundraising results for
nonprofits, and create standout networking opportunities.
In 2009, they founded Metro Casino Events to fill that gap. Their vision was simple yet
powerful - to deliver a truly upscale, realistic casino experience that felt classic and
luxurious, with every detail thoughtfully executed and no gimmicks. From the beginning, the
focus was on exceptional service, authenticity, and creating moments that guests would
remember long after the event ended.
Today, Metro Casino Events has grown into a leader in the industry, known for its
unwavering commitment to quality and outstanding customer satisfaction. John and Dawn
remain deeply involved in the day-to-day operations, bringing their hands-on approach and
